Desmax powder is a disinfectant in the form of a powder from white to light yellow in color with a moderate smell of chlorine, the content of active chlorine in the product is at least 14%

Desmax powder is used for current and final disinfection and pre-sterilization cleaning in medical and preventive facilities of all types, in laboratories of various departments, in pharmacies and pharmacy kiosks, in children's preschool and educational institutions, in sports and health facilities, including swimming pools, in in catering and trade establishments, in hotels, camping sites, hostels, hairdressers, beauty salons, laundries, baths and saunas, in cultural and entertainment establishments, at transport facilities and all types of industry, for disinfection at other epidemiologically significant facilities whose activities requires compliance with sanitary norms and rules for disinfection of medical devices made of metal, glass, rubber and polymer materials (except for endoscopes and related instruments).

Desmax powder has an antiviral effect and antimicrobial activity against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including pathogens of tuberculosis, intestinal and droplet infections of bacterial etiology, pathogens of plague, cholera, tularemia, enteroviruses, HIV infection, hepatitis A, B, C. It has fungicidal properties against fungi genus Candida, pathogenic dermatophytes and molds.
